Practical protection for eligible laptops
LastingPC is committed to supplying laptops that match their advertised descriptions. We provide a limited warranty on eligible laptops according to the terms stated on the individual product listing or invoice.
Warranty duration
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, used laptops supplied by LastingPC carry a 14-day limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery or collection.
Any different warranty period specifically stated for a product will apply to that product.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers verified hardware faults arising under normal use during the applicable warranty period, where the fault is attributable to a pre-existing defect or a fault covered by the product’s stated warranty.
Depending on the product and the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement or refund where appropriate under our policy and applicable law.
What the warranty does not cover
- Accidental drops, impact or physical damage after delivery.
- Liquid damage, fire, electrical surges or improper power supply.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper handling.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or tampering.
- Software problems, malware or operating-system issues not covered by the product warranty.
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the advertised condition of a used laptop.
- Normal battery degradation or consumable wear, unless specifically covered by the product listing or applicable law.
Warranty claims
To request warranty assistance, contact LastingPC with your order number or proof of purchase, the laptop model and a description of the fault.
Our technical team may need to inspect and test the laptop before determining the appropriate resolution.
Back up your files before service. LastingPC is not responsible for data loss during diagnosis or repair, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Important information
Warranty coverage may differ for accessories, batteries, chargers, refurbished devices and products with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any exclusions or additional terms will be disclosed before purchase.

This warranty operates alongside applicable statutory consumer rights and does not remove rights provided by Nigerian law.
